Infant Program

PCHC infant program is designed to create a "home" environment. We want your infant to feel secure and safe at our Center. Your infant is one of a kind and special to us. We will follow your infant's individual schedule for sleeping, feeding, and play to imitate their schedule at home.

Your infant is also ready to learn. We will provide activities that focus on introducing your infant's everyday curiosity and development. Our program offers age appropriate toys and music. Our staff will provide a warm, nurturing, and loving atmosphere for your infant. They will encourage your child to learn and discover at their own pace. Our teachers will sing songs and read stories to your child; but most of all they will spend a lot of their time talking and cuddling your infant to establish trust and provide comfort. The world of Wonder curriculum helps promote and provide a strong context for learning via its theme-based units.

Your child's teacher will fill out a "Daily Schedule" for your child. This schedule will inform parents and other teachers about the baby's feedings, naptimes, and other daily activities.
